Improving the conditions of life and wellbeing for local community by providing a centre for organised community activities. These benefits can be demonstrated by the numbers of people and groups who use the centre monitored on an ongoing basis through a structured booking system. In recent years we have seen an increase in usage from new groups/individuals in the community. The community association carry out continual consultation with groups and members who use the centre. E.g. Annually the community association bring all local groups together to ensure they are happy with the facilities and to look at any opportunities for improvements. The charity’s primary beneficiaries are the inhabitants of Greencastle and surrounding areas although the facilities are available for use by people outside these areas. There is no harm flowing from the purposes. There is no private benefit flowing from this purpose.
