the organisation, through its youth club, provides educational and sporting activities for young people in the wider Dungannon area at its premises in Scotch Street Dungannon. The Direct benefits which flow from this are increased self confidence, improved mental and physical well being,community development engagement and participation. This is

evidenced through attendance at the club and increased paricipation in the work of the organisation and the wider community. There is no harm flowing from this and the only private benefit is that participants will gain transferable skills but this is incidental Through the Martial Arts Classes we reach out to all inhabitants of the wider Dungannon area including those at the margins of society to improve physical and mental well being, build self confidence and increase community engagement and development. The benefits are evidenced through attendance and improved self esteem. The only harm is through physical activity but this is monitored and regulated and is outweighed by the benefit. The participants will gain transferable skills but this is incidental

Charitable purposes

To provide educational and sporting activities for the benefits of the inhabitants (hereinafter called 'the beneficiaries') of the Dungannon area and its environs (hereinafter called the are of benefit) without distinction of age, gender, sexual orientation, disability/ability, race ethnic origin, political religious or other opinion and to improve physical and mental well-being, build self-confidence and increase community engagement and development for the said inhabitants. To promote the benefit of children and young people in the area of benefit and education and assist such young people through their leisure time activities so as to develop their physical and emotional capacities so that they may grown to full maturity as individuals and members of society so that their conditions of life may be improved.
