The direct benefits which flow from the purposes of the Hampton Settlement includes improving the physical, mental and spiritual capacities of young people in Northern Ireland. The benefits will be demonstrated by the formally constituted voluntary youth organisations in Northern Ireland, in receipt of resources from the Hampton Settlement, as

they strive to improve their education services (Public Benefit 2)for young people, during their leisure pursuits. There will be no harm flowing from the purposes of the charity. The charity’s beneficiaries are young people in Northern Ireland, (Public Benefit 10) who are members of formally constituted voluntary youth organisations addresing needs in Northern Ireland. There is no private benefit to Trustees.

The Hampton Settlement is established by the Trustees, to distribute investments, for the benefit of young people in Northern Ireland, through voluntary youth work organisations that are formally constituted, to help and educate young people in Northern Ireland, through leisure activities, with a view to development of their physical, mental and spiritual capacities.
