Public benefits

The Club sets out to provide a joined up approach to community development in all the local areas and their Rural Hinterlands. We aim to promote good relations, develop and implement inclusive programmes and work with specific groups, promote and provide programmes and activities which add value to the health and wellbeing of the population. The

benefit is demonstrated by weekly meetings & activities, outings & tuition. There is no harm. The beneficiaries are cross community, cross border. People of all ages, those living in rural, isolated & disadvantaged communities who through our club have access to the range of activities & leisure interests provided. There is no private benefit.

What your organisation does

Our organisation brings together adults 40+from various social and economic backgrounds who live in rural areas that are isolated. They come together and meet weekly for a range of social activities eg: art, crafts. We also arrange days out to places of interest and have a yearly annual day out.places visited are Enniskillen and The Giants

Causeway.

Charitable purposes

The object of the Club shall be to promote and benefit the inhabitants of the Tynan, Aghavilly and Middletown areas and their Rural Hinterlands without distinction of gender or of political, religious or other opinions by promoting general community projects of a social, educational and environmental nature with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. The specific objectives will include: • The provision of a joined up approach to community development for all in the Tynan, Aghavilly and Middletown areas and their Rural Hinterlands • To promote Good Relations within the Tynan, Aghavilly and Middletown areas and their Rural Hinterlands • To develop, establish and implement inclusive programmes for all within Tynan, Aghavilly and Middletown areas and their Rural Hinterlands • To work with area specific groups to provide activity for inclusion and integration • To promote and provide programmes and activities which add value to the Health and Well Being of the said population.
