benefits are demonstrated by the large number of users of services provided at Ballyards Castle on an annual basis. An organisation (and therefore its users) that fulfils the objectives of Ballyards Charitable Trust are the intended beneficiaries. No private benefit is accrued by any member of Ballyards Charitable Trust. There is no harm flowing from the purposes.
