Public benefits

The benefits which flow from our group's activities include improved social, health and well being outcomes for women in the local area. The growth of the groups' numbers over the last nine years and consistent positive feedback from members to our volunteer committee demonstrates our success. There is no harm or private benefit from our purpose.

What your organisation does

We organise social meetings and activities in the Bessbrook, Camlough and Newry areas, creating a non political and non sectarian community space to support and empower women, including particular beneficiaries such as widows and single women who might otherwise struggle to connect with others in the community.
