This organisation benefits children from 2 years and 10 months old until the end of their preschool year. The Preschool promotes play based learning environments for all children under statutory age in Moneyrea and the surrounding area in County Down without distinction of gender, disability, nationality, ethnic or religious identity, by
associating the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education. (A) to advance the education of the beneficiaries by the provision of safe and satisfying group play, with the right of parents/carers to take responsibility for and become involved in the activites of the charity. (B) to promote the preservation of health of the beneficiaries (C) to ensure that the protection and well being of the beneficiaries are prioritised in line with the Charities child protection policy (D) to support the values and principles of Early Years

Charitable purposes
The Charity’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the following:- To promote play based learning environments for all children under statutory age (hereinafter referred to as the beneficiaries) in Moneyrea and the surrounding area in County Down (the “area of benefit”) without distinction of gender, disability, nationality, ethnic or religious identity, by associating the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and in particular: (a) to advance the education of the beneficiaries by the provision of safe and satisfying group play, with the right of parents/carers to take responsibility for and become involved in the activities of the charity (b) to promote the preservation of health of the beneficiaries (c) to ensure that the protection and well being of the beneficiaries are prioritised in line with the Charities child protection policy (d) to support the values and principles of Early Years.
