For the purposes, the main objective of Nomad Soul will be to promote different cultures through the arts in Northern Ireland. We are planning to invite "les Grands ballets de Tahiti" to perform and to give some workshops for the people interested in. But we also want to invite artists from every part of the World to develop the cultural activity
here. Of course we will work closely with the local artistic and cultural scene of Northern Ireland, to develop exchanges with local artists with those coming from abroad to create an international cultural link with Northern Ireland. It will benefit the public and the local community, giving them the opportunity to discover new cultures in a direct way and being part of it. But it will also benefit the local artists, allowing them to perform and to live from their talent, but also to meet other artists from all over the globe. It will stimulate the cultural activity, which is vital to understand our world and to promote tolerance and integration.By Inter cultural practices, we mean exchanges between different cultures and a different backgrounds to create a fusion of cultures. When applicable Nomad Soul will welcome any advices and feedback on organised events via surveys and open mailbox. What your organisation does
We do this, but not exclusively, through: -Organisation of regular events including performances, workshops, conferences and exhibitions advancing knowledge, education and raising awareness of the public about different cultures and different forms of artistic expression. -Support of the professional development of artists from local and
minority ethnic communities to strengthen intercultural arts practice in Northern Ireland. -Creation of an annual international festival in Northern Ireland representing the world cultural heritage through the arts. A large scale multi-ethnic event of touristic interest that will create a significant social and economic impact in Northern Ireland. -Children’s Educational Program: In association with NI schools this program is designed to raise awareness about new cultures, traditions and art forms to the children. But also to increase their artistic knowledge, skills, and creativity while enhancing emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development as they participate in art. -Organisation of Workshops and Conferences to support and accompany women in childbirth through the dance and the yoga. These disciplines have repeatedly proved their effectiveness in both physical and emotional preparation for labour.
