The direct benefit which flows from these purposes includes promotion of community development and local regeneration which promotes enterprise and work skills within the local community and in turn advances employment opportunities, quality of family life and individual well being. The protection and conservation of the local environment promotes
sustainable development and civic values. The promotion of charitable projects has a positive impact on the community and promotes social inclusion. Benefits are evidenced through feedback from members of the local community. This purpose does not give rise to any harm. The beneficiaries of this purpose are people living in and around Ballygally County Antrim. There is no private benefit to trustees.
