Public Benefit. Shiloh Christian Fellowship is situated on the Skipperstone Road. Its natural catchment area includes: Lisnabreen; Clanmorris; Whitehill and Bloomfield and the community of these areas are its beneficiaries All the above are classified as TSN (Targeting Social Need) areas. The public benefits provided by

Shiloh and SALT include: Public praise and worship: People can Listen to and participate in public praise and worship. People can join together in singing. Prayer: People come to services to hear and participate in prayer about issues affecting them and about wider issues. Bible Study: Regular Bible Studies are held where people can learn about the content of the Bible and learn the principles of sound interpretation. Group participation is encouraged. Evangelism. Evangelism is conducted through several avenues to inform the community about the message of the Gospel and encourage attendance. Social Networking: People are able to make new friends during meetings and activities. Community Integration: People new to the community can be made welcome and feel a part of what's going on. Education: Through the preaching and teaching people are educated about life issues. Counselling / Support: Individuals and families receive counselling, support and guidance as requested. Information on Community Events: People are informed of events taking place in which they may wish to participate. Reduction in social exclusion and isolation: All services are open to people of all ages to attend. Giving: People who attend services can bring goods for distribution at the food and clothing banks. Private Benefit: None of the funds of SALT are diverted into any private benefit whatsoever. Harm: A review of the activities and purposes of Shiloh Christian Fellowship was carried out to attempt to identify any possibility of harm arising. The review was unable to identify or suggest any possible harm.

Charitable purposes

(i) The advancement of religion and in particular the administration of SHILOH CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP presently of Skipperstone Road, Bangor, County Down. (ii) The protection and preservation of health with special regard for those people suffering from or affected by drug abuse, alcohol abuse, substance abuse or those people suffering from or affected by life-controlling dependencies and with special regard for the North Down area. (iii) The provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for education, recreation and other leisure time occupation of people who are in need as a result of their youth , age, disability, infirmity or social and economic circumstances with special regard for the North Down area. (iv) The relief of poverty with special regard for the North Down area.
