Public benefits

See-saw playgroup aims to promote play based environments for all children under statutory school age of the catchment area and its surrounding environs in County Antrim. The benefits which flow from this purpose are:- advancing the education of the beneficiaries by the provision of safe and satisfying group play; allowing parents the right to

become involved in the activities of the group; promoting the preservation of health of the beneficiaries; promoting a good standard of pre-school education and supporting the values and principles of the Early Years organisation. The benefits of our organisation are clearly demonstrated in our latest ETI inspection which declared the setting to be of a "very good" standard. There is no harm in the purpose. There will always be incidental private benefit as the trustees are mainly parents of children attending the pre-school setting and thereby gaining benefit.
