Public benefits

The direct benefits which flow from our purpose include encouraging the residents to interact in playing games, walks in good weather and trips to musicals and restaurants and socialising with others, which in turn would help to improve their mental health and reduce stress and lead to a better quality of life. These benefits will be shown through

the alertness of residents and feedback from residents and their families. The residents are vulnerable adults but we would wish no harm to come to them, so all our volunteers are police checked and training is given e.g. First Aid, etc and this should minimise the risk of harm to any resident. Through all the work and efforts, our volunteers gain experience as we learn from each other and residents and this is necessary to helping us grow and do a better job.
