Purpose 1 Produce excellent programme of theatre performances(INCLUDING DRAMAS AND COMEDIES, OPERAS, OPERETTAS, FILMS, BROADCASTS, TELEVISION SHOWS, CONCERTS, MUSICAL PIECES, PUPPET SHOWS, ENTERTAINMENTS, SEMINARS, LECTURES, WORKSHOPS AND PUBLICATIONS) to engage and encourage new audiences. The direct benefits which flow from purpose one, are

enhanced public understanding of the arts through access to the above performances. These benefits will be demonstrated through feedback from audience members and regular evaluations of our services by trustees. This purpose does not lead to harm. The charities beneficiaries are the general public, audience members old and new. The only private benefit flowing from this purpose is to our trustees through ongoing training in finance/good governance etc. Through training trustees gain skills which can be transferable to other settings. These benefits are incidental but necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to beneficiaries. Purpose 2 Create small scale projects showcasing emerging professionals, promoting the study and appreciation of plays and theatre as art. The direct benefits flowing from this purpose include enhanced knowledge and understanding of theatre in emerging professional artists, while allowing them to develop and showcase their talents. These benefits will be demonstrated through audience feedback & evaluations. Also from interviews with the emerging professionals. Harm may occur when an Actor during rehearsal or performance might injure themselves. This is extremely rare, will be covered by public liability insurance and the benefit outweighs the harm. The charities beneficiaries are the actors getting training and knowledge in the industry. Purpose 3 Improve interest and better experiences in the arts for the public in Northern Ireland. The direct benefits which flow from purpose one, are enhanced public understanding of the arts through access to theatrical productions and other performances. These benefits will be demonstrated through feedback from audience members and regular evaluations of our services by external means. This purpose does not lead to harm. The charities beneficiaries are the general public, audience members old and new. The are no private benefit flowing from this purpose. Purpose 4 Provide training, artistic performances, workshops and discussions for young people still in education and the general public in Northern Ireland. The direct benefits flowing from this purpose include enhanced knowledge and the advancement of education of audience members who may or may not be studying performing arts. These benefits will be demonstrated through audience feedback & evaluations. Also from interviews with teachers and members of the public. Harm may occur when an member of public during workshop, might injure themselves. This is extremely rare, will be covered by public liability insurance and the benefit outweighs the harm. The charities beneficiaries are the actors getting on the job training and the members of public enjoying a better sense of mental health & well being from attending training and workshops.

Pintsized Productions' recipe is uncomplicated: scour the country for new and emerging talented artists, mix with established professionals, collaborate with different venues and tailor pint-sized projects to make exceptional work. Productions are based in North Belfast. Our ethos is to concentrate on smaller, naturalistic, immersive shows to help engage audiences in deprived communities and to showcase the emerging professional talent in N. Ireland, giving professional artists opportunities to develop. We also encourage innovative approaches and multi creative disciplines, keeping creative arts individuals living and working professionally in Northern Ireland.
