The direct benefits which flow from our purpose: " to support by means of financial assistance charities who work overseas in developing countries for the relief of poverty, the relief of sickness and for the protection and preservation of health for the benefit of those in need" Include: • Providing food aid for emergency, conflict and natural

disaster relief • Distribution of food to tackle malnutrition • Delivery of health projects which tackle diseases such as diarrhoea, malaria and tuberculosis which increase life expectancy and reduce death from preventable illness. • Projects which tackle avoidable blindness and support people to live independently if their sight loss can’t be undone. • Delivery of education projects which raise literacy rates and educational standards enabling people to earn a sustainable living. These benefits are demonstrated through reports from the charities we provide financial assistance to detailing how they have made use of our support. There is no harm flowing from this purpose. The charity’s beneficiaries are those in need in developing countries who need relief from poverty or sickness or require intervention for the protection and preservation of their health. There is no private benefit to any individual flowing from this purpose.

What your organisation does

The organisation collects waste material from textile manufacturers and uses it to make dustsheets, rags etc. for painters and decorators, mechanics and other commercial businesses. We sell our products to commercial companies and distribute the profits generated to the following charities who are working overseas in the developing

world: GOAL Concern Sightsavers International

The Charity is established to support by means of financial assistance charities who work overseas in developing countries for the relief of poverty, the relief of sickness and for the protection and preservation of health for the benefit of those in need and in particular: a) To raise such funds by collecting unwanted material from textile businesses and selling of such material for funds.
