Purpose – to assist in the provision of education at primary and secondary school level for children in the Rathfriland area. The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include enhancement and improvement in the educational opportunities for children in the Rathfriland area. These benefits are demonstrated through correspondence from

the Secretary of the Board of Governors of Iveagh Primary School including letters dated 26 October 2010 and 22 February 2010. There is no possibility of harm flowing from the purposes. The charity’s beneficiaries are children at Primary and Secondary School level in the Rathfriland area. There is no private benefit derived from the purposes.

to assist in the provision of education at primary and secondary school level for children in the Rathfriland area and in the said Trustees discretion when possible to apply the income therefrom whether annually or on a cumulative basis and the capital for the benefit of Iveagh Primary School Rathfriland after consulting with the headmaster for the time being of that School and for the purposes set out in the First Schedule hereto insofar as such purposes are not provided for by any Government Department or local or public or education authority
