The direct benefits which flow from this purpose includes increased fitness, promoting a healthy diet, participating as an individual or part of a team in Amateur competitions. The

benefits can be demonstrated by members achieving the next level/grade within their age group. The “grading” process is carried out by two qualified instructors. As a member becomes fitter this helps achieve the required “grading”. The purpose of our charity is to help each member achieve their goals within the school. It is unlikely there will be any harm flowing from our purposes. All medical details, medication etc of members is kept on file with details of who to contact in case of an emergency.
