Public benefits
The direct benefits from our purpose include an expanded and enhanced cultural experience of Northern Irelands unique heritage. The benefits are evidenced in our audience feedback and regular evaluation by our public funders. There is no harm flowing from our purpose. The charities beneficiaries are - both Irish speakers and non-Irish
speakers, members of the public and tourists/visitors. A private benefit to trustees may arise from our programme of ongoing training in good governance, finance etc. Through this training trustees gain skills and experience which are transferable to other settings. These benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries
