Public benefits
The benefit is that children at the Indian orphanage are provided with school materials to be able to receive a good education, and other basic necessities such as food, accommodation and care. Also, through our online resources targeted at Indian and East African people, small business owners and other leaders are provided with practical
guidelines and tips on how to make their enterprise of any type successful. This is evidenced from financial receipts and money sent directly to India and East Africa, photos of our visits and involvement at the Indian orphanage, photos of our visits and involvements in Kenya. Also, one good example of our online resources for the previously mentioned people is Nasante.com, an online magazine. The intended direct beneficiaries are the orphanage kids, and very small business owners in East Africa and India. There is no harm whatsoever in carrying out the purposes, nor potential for harm. No trustees / directors or anyone involved in the running of the charity receives financial gain or other benefits from the activities of the charity.
What your organisation does
The charity benefits the public in third-world countries, specifically Kenya, Uganda and India, by providing permanent solutions to poverty and its effects. We work with existing leaders of charitable organisations in these countries, which gives us access and the ability to reach many people who can use our materials. Our materials include
websites, e-books and other media tools, all optimized for mobile internet access in East Africa, providing knowledge, encouragement, motivation and practical facts that give people the ability to walk themselves out of poverty. Anyone who shows a genuine interest in helping themselves can then be assisted personally by us for their individual situation. We also have a private orphanage in the Andhra Pradesh province of India which has eighteen orphans in permanent care.
