What is the direct benefit that flows as a result of the purpose being carried out? • The public have a place where they can come and worship God and find fulfilment, satisfaction and peace in their lives as a result. • Relationships develop with those who come allowing us to support and help them in the community when required How is this benefit
capable of being demonstrated? • This may be demonstrated by a potentially more settled community and one where we can provide for the needs of its residents. Who are the intended beneficiaries? • Predominately those in the immediate vicinity of the church will be the main beneficiaries but in effect anyone from any location may benefit subject to agreement by the Trustees. Is there any harm r potential for harm as a result of the purpose being carried out? • None, and to safeguard children, all members who work with the children that come have been cleared by Access NI. Does anyone gain a private benefit as a result of the purpose being carried out? • There is no monetary benefit for any member of Forthill Gospel Hall, but where a need is brought to the attention of the Trustees (practical, financial, supportive etc), they shall assess how and if that need can be met either on a personal/private basis or as a group. All financial benefits will be declared at the Annual AGM.

Charitable purposes
The Trust is established for the advancement of religion through the Evangelical Christian Faith (as outlined in the First Schedule of the Trust Deed). The Trust considers that promotion of the Christian Faith has a beneficial and transformative effect on society locally and worldwide.
