Purpose 1 - To foster more extended relationships between staff, parents and others who befriend the school Benefit statement - The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include improved relations with staff, parents and all who befriend the school. These benefits are demonstrated through feedback from staff and parents. There is no harm

associated with developing the relations with the school. The beneficiaries of this purpose are staff, parents and people associated with St Johns Primary School Moy. A private benefit to trustees may arise as the trustees are also parents of children attending St Johns primary school. These benefits are incidental. Purpose 2 - Engage in activities which support the school and advance the education of pupils attending it. Benefit statement - The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include providing support to the school and providing the facilities to advance education. These benefits are demonstrated through feedback from staff and parents. There is no harm associated with organising activities to advance education. The beneficiaries of this purpose are staff, parents and people associated with St Johns Primary School Moy. A private benefit to trustees may arise as the trustees are also parents of children attending St Johns Primary School. These benefits are incidental.
