Public benefits

The benefits which flow from our charities purpose include: relief of poverty, suffering and distress of those individuals who find themselves homeless by providing accommodation and support to enable them to live independently. The benefits will be evidenced through feedback from service users and regular independent inspections of our

services. The charity's benefits are provided to both men and women aged 18 - 65 who are experiencing homelessness, including ex-offenders. Private benefit to the accountant who audits our accounts and this is necessary to ensure good financial practice and regulation. There is no harm arising from the purposes.

What your organisation does

MUST Hostel provide accommodation, support and help, tailored to the specific needs of homeless people in Mid-Ulster and South Tyrone Area. M.U.S.T. Hostel delivers this through a modern supported housing service which is flexible and has a holistic approach to the individual in order to meet our service users’ increasingly complex needs.

Charitable purposes

The Company is established to: relieve poverty, suffering and distress, and in particular to establish within the area of Mid-Ulster/South Tyrone (the area of benefit) a residential hostel or hostels for such individual persons within the area of benefit as have need of accommodation and care because of their homelessness or other social or economic circumstances.
