Call forward list
The Commission has published below a list of organisations which it anticipates will be called forward to apply for registration in the next six months (between April 2019 and September 2019). This is a key part of the Commission’s plan to help speed up registration.
Publishing the list is aimed at providing organisations with as much notice as possible that they are likely to be called forward. This advance notification allows applicants to prepare, including gathering information and attending a free registration workshop where they will be guided through the application process. Attending a workshop is voluntary, but is highly recommended. Organisations on this list will be notified of the workshop dates shortly. Please be aware that workshop spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.
The Commission cannot guarantee that every organisation on the list below will be called forward by September 2019 as the management of registration applications, including the timeframe for the call forward of organisations, is dependent on a number of factors. These include the number of applications received, the quality and complexity of applications received, the need to request further information, staff resources and other Commission priorities at a given time.
This list has been published for information purposes only. Each organisation listed will be contacted by the Commission separately one or two months in advance of the date they are likely to be called forward to begin their application.

The Commission is carefully managing the registration of the thousands of charities in Northern Ireland by calling forward, in tranches, organisations from the public Combined list to apply.
The organisations in each tranche will be contacted by the Commission one or two months in advance of their “call forward” date, which is date on which they may begin their application. On their call forward date, the applicant will be issued with a password and advised they have a maximum of 30 days to complete the online form.
