Contacting the Commission during the pandemic
The Commission is unable to deal with calls by phone or process receipt of mail at this time. If you have a general query and would like to contact the Commission, please email email@example.com or complete the online Contact us form.
Alternatively, you may wish to complete and submit one of the Commission’s online forms, as related to the matter or request you wish to raise. For example, if you wish to submit a concern about a charity then you may do so via our Concerns about charities section.
In line with advice from the government, the Commission’s office has been temporarily closed and all events and non-essential appointments have been cancelled. Staff will be working remotely, where possible, and will endeavour to respond to email queries, requests and online forms received as soon as possible.
However, in light of expected staff absences over coming weeks, there may be a delay in responding to your query or request. We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We want to assure you that our approach to regulation during this period will be as flexible and supportive as possible. Charities’ primary interest, and ours, must be looking after the public and the communities that we serve.
