The direct benefits flowing from the purpose include the prevention and alleviation of human suffering by improving the quality of life of people experiencing fertility difficulties in Northern Ireland by supporting their ability to make healthy life choices, reduction in social isolation of people experiencing fertility difficulties in Northern
Ireland, the improvement in the quality of life through improved confidence and self-esteem of people experiencing fertility difficulties in Northern Ireland, as well as enhanced personal capabilities through increased resilience and the development of self care techniques, a developed sense of belonging amongst the fertility challenged community, the promotion of equality by eliminating discrimination for women, men and couples experiencing fertility difficulties in Northern Ireland. Benefits are evidenced quantitively & qualitatively by assessment prior to and following engagement with services, using methods such as attendance records, baseline tools, evaluation forms & self-reflection statements. These demonstrate a reduction in social isolation, improved health & well-being outcomes, increased resilience, confidence & self-esteem of those individuals and couples facing fertility difficulties in NI. There is also enhanced understanding & awareness amongst the general public of fertility difficulties experienced. Benefits are evidenced through the increasing numbers of people interacting with our online social media platforms and service user feedback. Traction of our public posts, across our social media platforms demonstrates positive engagement and a greater understanding & awareness of fertility difficulties being experienced by individuals & couples in NI. Three funded IVF cycles in NI, aligned with other parts of UK There is no harm arising from any of the purposes as set out in Fairness (IN) Fertility's governing document. The beneficiaries are Women, Men and Couples living in Northern Ireland. There is no private benefit flowing from any of the purposes as set out in Fairness (IN) Fertility's governing document.
