Charitable purposes

The group is established to relieve poverty, for the relief, benefit, equality and human rights of persons who are resident (the beneficiaries) in the developing world (the area of benefit)and to promote and provide machinery for effective communication and co-operation between statutory and voluntary agencies and organisations and individuals working in the area of benefit and related areas without distinction of age, sex, ethnic identity, gender, nationality, religion, sexual orientation or political opinion and in particular: To financially support projects within the area of benefit To encourage the provision or improvement of facilities and services for the beneficiaries Promote awareness among the general public of the work undertaken by the group within the benefit area To Support, where appropriate, those volunteering for short term service within the area of benefit.
